Mechanical seals generally have single face mechanical seals, double face mechanical seals, and containerized mechanical seals. At present, most of the mechanical seals used by the emulsifier are single end mechanical seals, and the double end mechanical seals have not been widely used in the emulsifying machine industry because of the high cost. However, the double end mechanical seals described by many manufacturers are actually sealed with two sets of single end machine seals. The use of containerized mechanical seal emulsifier equipment is very few.
In the cauldron, the mechanical seal of the emulsifier is generally speaking, the reliability of the double end mechanical seal is relatively high, but some manufacturers still use the single end mechanical seal to reduce the cost, which increases the possibility of leakage. The mechanical seal of emulsion pump is more combined with double mechanical seals, but many manufacturers still use single face mechanical seal. So when ordering the emulsifying machine, we must emphasize the form of the mechanical seal of the emulsifying machine.
