After the pipeline emulsifier runs for a certain period of time, the mechanical seal also reaches a certain life, or is damaged due to improper use, then it is necessary to replace the mechanical seal. The steps for replacing mechanical seals are as follows:
External mechanical seal 1, remove pump head cover 2, pull out emulsifier rotor 3, remove seal box screw 4, remove pump head 5, remove mechanical seal 6, install new mechanical seal 7, assemble pump head and rotor according to the above steps.
Built-in mechanical seals: 1. Repeat steps 1 and 2 above. Remove mechanical seals 3. Install new mechanical seals 4. Install rotors and pump head cover plates.
